I provide proof reading and editing of your final-draft quality scientific documents in English.  I offer only complete editing that includes: correcting spelling, grammar, punctuation, verb tense consistency, noun-verb agreement, as well as critical reading for clarity, consistency, and impact.  I suggest changes that will eliminate excessive or redundant jargon, slang, and ambiguity; I refine and polish the language, and rewrite to improve sentence structure, fluency, and precision. If necessary, I may suggest considerable rewriting and/or reorganization.

I will accept almost all types of written manuscripts – if you have any questions simply email me.

Simply submit your, or your student’s, work as a Word document via email attachment. Include all your contact and billing information.

I will determine the time necessary of editing your manuscript and e-mail you an estimate of the cost and the completion date, along with an edited portion of your draft. If you agree to my terms, I will correct your document using track changes (in Microsoft® Office Word 2003), and insert comments. Please prepare your document as logically and well organized as possible. Reorganizing a manuscript is very time consuming and, therefore, expensive. I will only undertake extensive reorganization by special request.

Figures larger than 1MB should be submitted as a separate file.
